Just eat good and be consistent. I am sure you will get where you want to be. I always tell people the training part at gym is easy. Where people fail most is outside the gym through proper eating habits.You’re totally right
Absolutely man. And after 20 years of dealing with ibs and stomach issues, eating feels like such a huge chore for me. I’d almost rather just go with nothing. I recently had a stomach viral infection that lasted 7 days. I couldn't eat, was nauseated and had bad diarrhea. It was miserable. I couldn't imagine that as an ongoing thing.Absolutely man. Yes. I was recently diagnosed with mast cell disorder.
