****UPDATE**** MAY 9...28 WEEKS OUT
TRAINING:
Has been pretty smooth. Some days I feel better than others but legs are the main focus obviously. My problem areas from 10+ years ago when I competed are still my problem areas now..hams, glutes. Training legs 1-2x per week depending on how I feel. I'm big on "stimulate, don't annihilate." I don't train to total failure, maybe 80-90 percent. But pumps and recovery has been great the past few weeks.
DIET:
This is what's going to be the hardest part for me as I start "prep"...is actually getting in enough clean food. I've found that my appetite isn't super high like it used to be, BUT that's nothing 45 fasted cardio won't fix. Nothing fancy. 4 meals chix/rice..1 protein shake, 1 lean ground beef or egg meal.
CARDIO:
This was a catch 22 because when i started on Feb 26, I needed to add a ton of muscle tissue back AND not be a fat ass. Well, I'm still a fat ass, but overall I'm happy with the improvements in my body composition. Just doing postworkout 20-30 steady state right now...still need to put on more size before I go all out cutting mode.
CYCLE:
I have the whole thing written down to the day of the show. Just stocking up on goods right now. Definitely going to be looking forward to a break come November (show I have planned is nov 23). Nothing fancy with drugs, high test, low dose deca for my joints, eq, gh and slin. I did bump my gh to 15/day and am in the position to run that the entire prep, which I plan to do. I'm also doing humalog, mainly on leg days..worked my way up to 15iu pre workout and 15iu with postworkout meal. I may do slin one other day of the week, such as arms, which areG
OTC SUPPS:
I did get a hold of telmisartan and nebivolol and immediately noticed a difference. I feel "calmer" .. it's kinda weird but I have been monitoring my blood pressure and both systolic and diastolic are down a few points. Besides that, I take

fish oil
naringin
tudca
NAC
nattokinase
Remeron/zoplicone for sleep , and yes I've been wearing a cpap for 15 years. Would never even take a nap without it.
definitely need to start doing deep tissue and all the added recovery techniques to loosen up my body. As you can see, my delt is fucked, I just gotta be more proactive with all the small details.
