For those of you who dont know him hes way up there with Stewie and kaladryn and Dat B True and Homonuculus and a lot of the big minds in our field. This is a big deal for sure....

oh and whole he got sidetracked and needed a hobby he goes and gets his masters in nuclear physics. no big deal lol

Justin helped me out tremendously back when I first started competing. Working with him just pushed my level of knowledge about nutrition and my own body light years ahead of where it was.

So does anyone else feel bad about where they are compared to what Justin looks like after a 6 year layoff? lol Great example of earning your thickness and density early on.

No training. It seems strange to think about it now that I'm back training, but I didn't train at all for a long time.

Nice! Gives me hope that I can maintain some decent size once I'm older and just using HRT but still training . Great to have you here
