Ok, so im actually gonna try worrying about my health a little more seriously. When I start my next cycle i'd like to know everything to use to have the best of health. I have a pretty good idea but maybe you bro's have some tips other than multi v's,vit c,e,calcium.

Liver:
900mg milk thistle
900mg ala
2pills 2x daily Liv52

Lipids:
Flax oil, and I don't know anything else?????

Kidneys:
cranberry juice
distilled water
watch sodium
what else?????

Heart:
Give blood every 3months to keep RBC down
what else???
 
For liver you are probably better off with Synthergine. No need to inject it either. It is as potent orally as it is injected.
 
For heart & BP I take:

1800 GDU Bromelain per day from Twinlab

"Blood Pressure Control" from Twinlab or "Healthy Heart" from Kyolic. The Kyolic stuff I like better.

1 baby aspirin every day

For control of prolactin levels (and health reasons) the following 2 supplements

For heart health and a myriad of other factors
1)Coenzyme Q10 (saw recently where 70% of studied heart attack patients had a distinct deficiency-and also anyone on Lipotor or statin drugs should note that those compounds wipe out coenzyme q10 almost completely)
2)green tea extract

For digestion (thanks to Massive G for helping me on some of this--improved my digestion immensely)
ginger root (digestion and anticoagulant)
acidophilus (with pectin)
metamucil (once a day powder in one of my early day protein shakes)
papaya/bromelain

For Joint health
chrondroit/glucosamine

I believe anyone using super supplements (and even those who dont) should be supplementing with the top 3 of the following items or they are comprimising their health
1)Flush-free Niacin (ldl/hdl ratio)
2)Omega Fish oils EPA DHA (3 grams a day same as rex said above)
3)sylmarin
4)avena sative and nettle root (for shbg levels)

Cool sounds good. What about kidneys? Anything good? And anything else for cholesterol? Didnt massive G or someone post some good cholesterol lowering meds?
 
Digestion and overall health I use this YEAR round-
Since I am asked about this most often and thanked as well -here's a repost...
ginger root (1000 mgs with each meal)
acidophilus (with pectin 2-3 caps with each meal)
metamucil (2 tablespoons once a day)
bromelain 1-2 500 mg tabs 2-3 times a day.


Benefits of Ginger Root


Danish researchers found that ginger root can block the effects of prostaglandin - a substance that cause inflammation of the blood vessels in the brain and can lead to migraines.

Ginger root was found to be effective for relieving the severity of nausea even in cases of pregnancy.

It has anti-inflammatory properties that can lessen the pain of rheumatoid arthritis.

Respiratory infections - it is well known for its warming action on the upper respiratory tract, so it has been used to treat colds and flu.

It has been found to be effective in cramps caused by stomach gas. Ginger also stimulates digestion.

It has a wholesome effect on the circulatory system as it makes the platelets less sticky and is of great benefit in case of circulatory disorders.

As a mood enhancer, ginger root's cineole content may help contribute to stress relief.

DO Not over dose on bromelain, rapid heart beat and super thin blood can result if people are popping bromelain like candy it's a supplement with drug like effects. I would not exceed 6 500 mg tabs a day and go off it on cruises.
Watch the potency on bromelain too different tabs and caps can be different mg strengths and higher GDU (gelatin digesting units) I wouldn't exceed 3000 GDU's a day.
Acidolp-I get the caps that are refrigerated for potency vs the freezedried ones.
Acidophilus

Acidophilus offers variety of potential therapeutic uses. These include:

• Treat overgrowth of bad organism in the gastrointestinal tract.

Heart health
May improve by diets rich in fibre, through its cholesterol lowering effects.

Possible protection against cancer
In the bowel, bacteria converts fibre into short chain fatty acids, which provide energy for the body and may help protect against cancer.

This is what I take year round for heart health as I am 35 and Beleive the body wears itself out as you get older so I am on these things year round.
younger guys may not need this.
To try and control cholesterol levels from juice I'd recommend Omega III's, niacin, and Red Yeast Rice all the other things like Ester C and E and regular vitamins and Bromelain have a health enhancing effect also-lowering blood pressure a bit, keeping the clotting factors down etc.

The links for the vitamns aren't where I purchase mine they were to provide information on the benefits of the supps mentioned.
I do drink organic cranberry juice at times to flush it is pure cranberry juice and you must dilute it as it tastes like battery acid....I usually drink 4 0z.

Additionally fir kidney health it is important to stay hydrated prolly the most important thing of all and the cheapest so drink drink drink H20 it prevents dehydration and strain on the kidneys.

Just plently of water. There is not any particular supplement that taregts the kidneys in terms of regeneration. Cranberry prevents bacteria infections in the kidenys. Celerey and watermelon seed help with kidneys ,but this is more to matian their function and flush them out. There are other flushes that prevent kidney stones also.

Solaray makes a product for your Kidneys wich contains Juniper berry, Queen of the Meddow, and a host of other things that promote healthy kidney function and repair damaged cell tissue. Its one of the only products Ive see and noticed myself that do this.

Yes I know which one it is. There are few like this, but they just flush the kidneys and kill bacteria mostly. Keeping your blood pressure down is what you want for the kidneys to stay healthy. Nettle root is very good for the kidneys.

Yup and a 10ml syringe fits right in the top of the bottle real nice so you can still measure by ML's without having to draw it with a pin..;)
