HYDE by ProSupps. It's like friction but better because the caffeine base is time release in three stages. It brings you up steady, keeps you up for a longer time period, and brings you down steady as well. Friction skyrockets you up and drops you on your ass. Its great if our training only lasts thirty minutes. HYDE allows you to train harder for longer with sustained energy.

I used jack3d for a while (although I did tend to lose quite a bit of water with that) and now I'm on 1MR. I may have to pick up some old school jack3d before it's ALL gone.
I've tried most of the ones mentioned and they give me the shakes or sh*ts.
I've been using N2KTS (fruit punch) and don't have the problems as before.
