Preworkout Supplementation

The full article recommends 1,3 dim, witch I really like but its hard to find in pre workouts now. Anyone know if you can just get 1,3 dim powder? Or if any pre workouts still have it?
 
Creatine, ethyl ester was always my favorite. Not sure if its still available..
But u cant go wrong with jackd or 1mr... but for those that dont know these two like many others have stimulants in them. Bbuilders with stomach issues stay away...
Just do ur research and I cant think of the names but pre workourks are out there without stimulants..... very important to load up on bcaa before workout, many make the mistake and take as a post...... I keep raw bcaa in a tub and add to the jackd.....
 
HYDE by ProSupps. It's like friction but better because the caffeine base is time release in three stages. It brings you up steady, keeps you up for a longer time period, and brings you down steady as well. Friction skyrockets you up and drops you on your ass. Its great if our training only lasts thirty minutes. HYDE allows you to train harder for longer with sustained energy.

HYDE OR MR HYDE are hard to beat IMO. You won't be disappointed.
 
I'm actually looking forward to trying Jay's new line. some of the BPI stuff works great
 
I am a fan of Cellucor's stuff. Typically I buy all common pre-workout ingredients in bulk from true nutrition and mix myself. I like how Cellucor lists amounts of each ingredient and what makes them a bit more unique is the use of many nitrate esters. I feel these actually do give me much better pumps in the gym. As for stimulants... its almost useless for me to try and get a stimulant buzz going for pre-workout. So then I just see what I feel effveting my workout performance.

GAT Nitroflex pre and Adenoflex post has been an awesome addition to my workouts. Energy without that shaky feeling the rest of the day.
 
I've tried most of the ones mentioned and they give me the shakes or sh*ts.
I've been using N2KTS (fruit punch) and don't have the problems as before.

It probably took every bit of courage he had. He second guessed himself. He figured, I don't want to be a hater. I'll go with a neutral comment like "nice". Low and behold, his worst fear became a reality.....a public shaming. He was never to be heard from again.

I used jack3d for a while (although I did tend to lose quite a bit of water with that) and now I'm on 1MR. I may have to pick up some old school jack3d before it's ALL gone.

Just get some 1,3 dimethylamine. That's the main thing in it and the reason people like it so much.
