You will! It's a lifestyle, you will ALWAYS be as you are now, you will always train as hard as your body will allow and you will always eat for purpose not just for taste.

Cardio - 30 min elliptical
Training - off
Diet -
Dropping the hammer down on diet until Memorial day weekend, I also have bloodwork on May 23rd.
Going low carb, low fat and keeping protein at around 300. I will add a small amount of fat on non training days just so I don't go into zombie mode too quickly (slow, lethargic).

Cardio - 30 min walk post workout
Training - chest and triceps.
Not going to write out Training all the time as you can see it's all pretty basic and the same. I will however drop the volume down just a bit due to the low carb, low calorie diet as I would just be beating a dead horse 🐎 😳.
Diet - as you can see calories for this day are VERY low

Cardio - 30 min walk post workout
Training - back and biceps 12 sets total for back and 7 sets total for biceps lowered rep range down to 8-12 reps except standing cambered bar curls 12 -20 reps
Diet - again low calorie training day will add a little fat Wednesday as it's my off day from training.

Cardio - none prioritized sleep as I've been on midnights since Monday night. Plus with calories so low don't need to grind out a bunch of cardio
Diet - added a little calories in the form of fat on off days

oh mama that is low calorie, but I like this method of hitting it real hard for a few weeks to get the fat off. I always liked to suffer for a shorter period and see almost daily results verse slower losses that drag on. Does hunger kick in pretty hard for you, or not really?

Yes I like this method, only thing I don't like is that you go through that period where you look like shit from flatness and muscles not pushing against the skin. You look like shit straight out of bed but awesome when your in the gym with a slight pump.
 
Goal is to maintain the best physique I can on the amount of gear I'm currently taking. If someone would have told me I could look how I do right now on 10-20mg of test daily I would have told them to STFU! but @emeric delczeg has shown me once again that he is definitely one of the most brilliant men on this entire site (to others he sounds bat shit crazy but they have never tried anything he has suggested) to me 10mg a day of test sounded bat shit crazy until I took a leap of faith and actually tried it, and now I feel like a complete jackass for not trying it way sooner and realize that Emeric is way smarter than I will ever be in this sport/hobby.

Do you feel 2000 cals or so is too low, looking at cronometer post, from 3,000 or so, which was being took in not long ago?

Do you feel dropping 300-500 at a time would be better, despite raised hormone use ?

On low calories, while volume is dropped a bit, is intensity raised?

Do you adjust based on the mirror?
