What's up all. So, I work at a bar/restaurant and my shift can be 6-10 hours long and I work up a hell of an appetite running around all evening. My goto has always been protein shakes and a handful of almonds but I feel like I need something more in my shake to slow down the digestion of the shake. I'm hungry again in an hour. I have literally 60 seconds to get this shake down so it'll all have to be put into the ninja blender and easy to throw back during a lull. Any recommendations?
