I know in the body building community there's a lot of focus on gaining weight however my goal was to lose how is at 6'3 295 pounds I was able to bring down my weight and replaced a lot of fat with muscle feeling really good right now just wanted to share the progress so here it is 51 years old 248 .5 pounds
