I've been lifting for a few years and recently found out about peptides. Goals are enhanced recovery and mass, any fat loss will be a bonus. I'm awake at 4am for work and I don't get back home for another 12 hours. It's pretty physical and I'm busy. I lift around 530-6 for 90 minutes every other day and I'm in bed around 9-10. I'm not completely sure about doses but here's what I was thinking:
Wake up and pre bed- 500mcg ipamorelin with 200mcg mod grf
Afternoon - 200mcg mod grf and 150 ghrp-2
I don't want to deal with excessive bowel movements, drowsiness or hunger pains at work, which is why I picked ipamorelin upon waking up. Am I on the right track? Is there a better, cheaper protocol?
