For enhanced lifters do macros matter all that much? Considering you're getting adequate protein, do ratio of carbs and fats matter that much? Or is it more about overall calories?
I've been having great results keeping fat around 30 grams when cutting at around 28-3000 calories. As long as I hit my protein, I fill the rest with carbs. When bulking I like to keep fats as low as possible and load up on carbs. Is there any benefit to bumping up carbs as opposed to fats, or subtracting fats as opposed to carbs?
