Half bag of diced cauliflower 12 oz bag.

Veal is my favorite meat but sadly I cant eat it as much as I like because of high cholesterol. Its hereditary so I use it as a treat here and there.

There's a Butcher in the Reading Terminal in Philly.

He cut's the Hand's Down Best Italian Veal Cutlet in the entire City.
You can cut it with a Fork, and the Price isn't bad.

Whenever I'm downtown, I'll pick up 4 Lbs.................... JP

Veal is one of the best meats ever, just a little advice never overcook it, it takes few minutes to cook so it becomes nice and juicy
