Chasing the insulin with carbs puts those carbs into the muscles as glycogen = More fuel ; endurance strength / more pumped muscles.


Did you take the T4 the day of the blood work (Before the blood draw)? This will raise the lab result around 15-20%. So it's a good idea to skip that day.

Yes, T4 was taken on the day of the blood work. Went into a walk-in clinic to get a blood requisition, thinking I would be scheduling a date and be able to adjust timing of supps and be fasted. Instead they decided to do the BW onsite. Not the wisest move on the Dr, considering I was there to get my A1C tested.
