I have been training off and on for the 9 years. I have gotten very serious and dedicated the past 2 years. I do not compete but love to train and diet. I have been bulking in the winter for the past 2 years then dieting down for the summer. In this period of time I have been able to add almost 20 lbs of lean mass.
Current stats:
28 years old
195 lbs.
9% BF (caliper checked)
* I am choosing to edit out my face at this time due to my job and the industry I am in.
Feel free to critique. I am training to bring up my wheels and add some more mass and width to my back. I would like to do a show in about 1.5 - 2 years.
The first picture is a time line of where I have come from physique wise since college. The other pictures I took this morning after my AM cardio session.
I know I know....my posing sucks!
