so I'm at 240lbs now from my june 6th show...gotta put on another 20lbs then I'll start solidifying the weight gain and hopefully be around 220 to 225lbs for my next show in november...

doing a lot of t-bar rows and partial deadlift to thicken up back...also doing a lot more chest exercises to get my chest to match my arms and shoulders...calves are being done 3 times a week...

would love your inputs on things that I need to improve on...

Keep doing what your doing. I agree with bringing chest and back up. Looking SICK.
 
damn dude, you look so good right there at 240 I think if it were me I'd try and make it a 6 wks out quality 240 rather than go to 260. You got a good physique man, other than growing everything at the same time I see no standout flaws, very proportional!!!

Have to agree with ATW. Why would you want to gain weight for a month just to have to lose it a month later. Why not stay hard and polish off and improve what you've got while staying really lean.

That's a solid gain that you've made there. Just do go overboard, a lot of people make that mistake. You have a great physique no need to ruin it for the sake of size alone.
 
thanks everyone for your inputs...My weight slowed down...I'm at 247 before bed and 244lbs when I wake...I will be bulking until the second week of august...I will stay on my calorie count of 6,400/day with a macro of 35%carbs, 50%protein, 15% fat...if I hit 260 then so be it, if I don't I will just bulk to the beginning of the second week in august then start cutting...I will update you guys on what I weigh in at...
