Ok well I was going to post some leaned out photos this summer but didn't really get as lean as i usually do in the summer, my focus just wasn't there this year and so I was very much stagnant, this winter i will bulk heavily and probably get to 220 (at 5'8") and then next summer I will lean out probably more than ever and may even compete in masters, but i honestly don't think I would do well. Anyway these are just some different pics.
