Considering BPC-157 for AC joint but how to get in there?

Two orthopedic doctors say I likely have arthritis in my left shoulder AC joint. I am considering giving BPC-157 a try and will have to inject it myself. Given that there is just bone and a small joint there, where do I best inject. I can't reach it to pinch skin with one hand and inject into the skin with the other. With just one hand I could hit the side of my deltoid, but that isn't exactly where my injury is. Do I try to get the needle into the actual joint? I can imagine that will be tough and painful. How close do I need to be to the joint?

Since insulin pins are only around 1/2 inch in length you can get the injection subcutaneous with one hand if you inject at an angle. Get as close to the site as possible. With a 31, 30, or 29 gauge you won't even feel it.

Thanks for the idea. An angle isn't something I had considered. I also read where if you just hit a delt then it still gets to the general shoulder area. But getting right above it seems like a better idea.
