Many ask me what a typical day for supplements/diet is for a professional bodybuilder. I tell them to find one and ask them. Anyway.........here is my MORNING routine for those interested.
1 bottle cherrypharm juice with whey isolate already added. I add to this..
1. Liquid beef aminos
2. fiber
3. Olive oil
4. Green super food
With this I take 1 adult aspirin, 1 red yeast rice cap, borage oil, cod liver oil, Cycle support (NAC, red yeast rice, silymarin, hawthorn berry, saw palmetto, nettle root, celery seed extract, idebenone, policosinol) post cycle support caps (trans-resveratrol, quercetin, epimedium, piperine), CoQ10, Tribulus, CLA, ALA, Omega-3 gel caps. Kre alkalyn, multi vitamin/mineral, 1 cup of some sort of green or white tea.........then I train.
Through out the day I take the liquid beef aminos mixed with olive oil and non fat milk when I get hungry. This is just my morning routine, so I am sure you can see that I am busy all day taking supplements. I hope this sheds some info onto what a day is like just for me.
