I met Main at The Nationals, real down to earth guy. I really didn't pick his brain on his training though.

Very few people can achieve the kind of extreme leaness Main ALWAYS displays on stage... driven and highly knowledgeable are the first two words that come to mind when trying to define Chris as a bodybuilder.
