PapaPump's CJC-1294/GHRP-6 Study

Hey, I got the hawthorn berry extract and am taking that. My blood pressure is staying about 115/70. It's been years since I had blood pressure that low.

I even went out and bought a hawthorn berry tree and planted it in my yard. ;)

Your BP is excellent BT! I just checked mine today and it was ~103/70. Couldn't believe it! I have been religiously taking my H-berry and other support supps. I think the reduction in peptides is the main reason my BP is down. I remember the issues I had while I was doing the high doses....eesh...never again man. Things are looking very good so far and I'm stoked.

Now all I need to do is get my H-berry tree planted too! ;) :p

Hey BT, you ever have a knee feeling that feels like your knee has to pop while walking, but it doesn't pop, it just hurts and makes you limp off your leg (It's infrequent, but happens every so often)? I have been getting that in my left knee while walking the last few days. Strange.

Great news on your blood pressure! Yes, take it easy. Something I have learned over the years is more is not always better.

I played D-IAA football, yes my knees feel like that occasionally. I have no idea what it is. Sometimes I get us and walk and it feel like a knife is in the knee and then it goes away just as quickly. Possibly you strained some of the connective tissue in the knee doing leg work and it hasn't tightened back up yet?

Just a placeholder for my peptide reconstitution calculator.

COOL! I just looked at your spread sheet, great job! This should make it very easy for everyone. ::ction-sm

Thanks BT. I've had it a while (made it around 9 months ago or so)...it's floating around in various threads but someone PMed me asking for recon help so I posted it here for convenience. I use it quite often myself ;)

Thanks for the Spreadsheet & Question

Thanks for the spreadsheet. Can you recommend a site for purchasing CJC 1295? You can respond or PM please. I appreciate your help.

I took the 100mcg cjc/ghrp6 before the gym and man, the exertion headaches were reeeeeeaming me. I don't think I can handle that again, I felt like my head was going to pop when I was doing decline bench.

Can you check your blood pressure post-injection (15 min. afterwards)?

Your inbox is full Jarconis.....that's why I could not respond to your PM.

Try cutting both to 50mcg? Your tolerance of the side effects gets much better as you get use to the peptide.

Had a darn good day in the gym even though I didn't feel all amped. Up to 100GHRH + 100GHRP6 2x ED. 30mcg T3 2x ED (AM/PM). Epistane @ 4 caps spread throughout the day now. Oh, and 400-500mcg MTII ~60 min. pre-tanning session. I've done 2 tans now. I actually see some color! Trust me fellaz, I'm WHITE and usually don't tan real easily (or quickly)! :p

I'll try to take some updated photos.

Hit 225 x 30 on flat bench for my single set. I was stoked after I banged that set out. I did decline @275 x 8 just prior and it just didn't feel all that good. I usually go 315 x 8 but I just didn't feel like doing the decline so I moved over to the fattie flattie.

Biceps hammer curls was an all-time high (65s x 8) as well.

Why the heck do I do such high reps on flat bench? I've seen pec ruptures from some dudes and it has forever changed how I view benching. I used to bench heavier weight but low reps. No more....I'd rather keep it light and bang a good few out.

Its unreal how fast the str gains come. On a side note, I've found I can get away with taking "the combo" pre workout and not get bad exertion headaches if I just avoid the preworkout supps like Jacked or No Xplode. Seems like between the two its just too much.

Oohhhh KAY.....a little update here. I've started using Big-A's routine that I read up on (a sticky) in the Articles section.

I'm really liking it so far. Did chest/shoulders/triceps Wed. and I actually incorporated flat bench. I have avoided it for quite some time because I got scared off by dudes rupturing pecs (looks horrific, IMO). But after I convinced myself that I'm not a very good candidate for ruptures on flat BBB (no high use of Test, I warm up very well & stretch, I don't use full ROM, controlled ascent and descent, no prior chest/shoulder injuries, etc), I went ahead and worked my way up to 315 and my single work set I hit 10 reps. I was a happy camper.

GHRH/GHRP are at 50mcg 2x ED as of now. Just humming along on this stuff ;) No headaches or any sides that I used to have at high doses. :D

Papa, lemme hit ya with a couple quickies...

You were using real CJC-1295, prior, right?

I believe Tex is using GRF 1-29, and that is what you were on now, correct?

WG, CJC-1295 here. I have not verified that it IS in fact 1295, but moons ago I acquired it from a Chinese lab (direct from China) and it was purported to be 95-er. :)

Been doing the "modified GHRH" for about 2 weeks now. Lots of soreness. Bruises on the lats. Muscles are starting to grow. It is kind of amazing. Skin is healing itself much faster overnight (the original reason for using). Complexion hasn't been this good in 10 years.

50-100 ug/day subQ. I'd avoid the long-acting CJC-1295 derivative (or regular GHRH for that matter). CJC-1295 with the maleimide is less potent and less stable in solution. Also due to its prolonged action, it elicits less of a pulsatile GH release and more of a baseline GH release. A regular GHRH peptide will get into the blood and do its thing much more quickly and all at once, resulting in a more pulsatile GH release.

Retaining pulsatile GH release (ie, the way the body does it) through the use of amplifying peptides is probably most preferred in the long run.

I certainly know a few who have ruptured pecs. I tore mine 2 times but it wasn't that serious. But most pro BB's I have talked to have agreed that the flat bench press is the best bang for the buck. Injury is the price we all pay for pushing the envelop just a little too far. But then you have to push it to the edge to get on top.

Good to see you are having less problem this time with the peptides.

More nonsense from you.
