Clen + Anit E cycle...

Clen + Anti E cycle...

I have a friend who thinks he can lose a bit extra bodyfat by incorporating anti-E with his clen. I've never heard of this. What type of anti-E should he run? He is running no test with this...

Some anti-e's will raise natural test levels. Not sure how they do it, but I remember hearing aromasin will do this,and I think adex. He would be much better off running a low dose test cycle like 300mg oppsed to what he think's he'll get in an increase of test from anti-e's.

He's not really looking to increase test...as that is coming soon. He said he spoke to a national level dude who had the same body type and this guy told him he used anti-e's and Clen to lose a lot of fat. He said the anti-e's really jump started his fat loss.

I know that different compounds work differently so I told him to wait to buy anything before I figured this out for him.

Thats just weird. I've never heard of that. All I can think of is having really low estro levels will help in losing bodyfat, but I doubt it would matter unless he naturally had high estrogen levels.

Some have reported that a SERM like Nolva speeds fat loss. The thing with estrogen though is that estrogen doesn't inhibit fat burning. Estrogen determines how fat is distributed, it doesn't make you fat. Estrogen is a lipolytic hormone infact. Some females feel that Nolva helps lose lower body fat, again womens' fat distibution is different due to higher estro levels.

Also, if test is low, estrogen is low. Most of the estrogen in a male is from testosterone aromatizing.

I have had what I feel are the same results with women that have used aromasin. At least preliminarily it appears that at least a handful of women that I have worked with over the last year or so reported having lowerbody bodyfat levels reach below what they had previously achieved and also that the results seemed to be obvious to them due to how quickly they noticed this.

Unfortunately, I hadn't worked with all of them prior to this year except for one and with the one client, I thought it was obvious, as well. Now, the problem becomes that I can't be certain that it was the aromasin because, of course, there are so many variables that can be factored in. I will say that it looks like it is very possible from the limited experience that I have had with it (using it with women), this year alone.

I have utilized aromasin during fat loss phases, with no anabolics. And I notice a difference between utilizing it and not doing so. But the difference can be noticed in a week....THUS it makes me think that the lower bf is from holding less water.

The one thing I noticed that I truly hated, was the loss of mental cognition and poor mood that I had when using an Anti-E alone. It makes sense knowing that E plays a vital role in the brain with regard to these two things. I noticed this difference on as low a dose as 5mg EOD or aromasin. Seeing as how I had no extra test being converted to E, perhaps aro is just too much for me by itself.

If you think about it, that's why Tren only cycles can cause people to be depressed/pissy. They are shut down hard, thus have no T being converted to E, and the emotional center of their brain gets hit.
