Well (sigh), here we go again.
The vets and longer-time members all pretty much know this, but for the sake of the newbies who clearly don't read the rules, let's do this dance once more.
Yuo cannot post questions asking for cycles to be set up.
This includes such things as:
How do I use XYZ?
How much XZY is appropriatre for a woman/guy/my pet dog/my goldfish...?
Do yuo homework.
You cannot ask for sources or siezure info.
This includes things like:
When is ABC going to start shipping again?
I'm waiting for my order from ABc, it been 3459 days and still...
I just got my order siezed, what shuold I do about...
This stuff is to be disscused in PM's.
YOU NEWBIES, LISTEN UP!
If yuo have a very basic training or diet question like this:
How many calories are in fat?
Should I do high reps or low?
What is overtraining?
Please, please put this stuff in the Beginner Forum. That's what it's for and it will be much more graciously recieved there. Also, don't post yuor question in multiple forums.
Finally, READ THE BOARD RULES! Let me say that again: READ THE BOARD RULES!
This is an advanced board where beginners can also get some help from the more expereienced people, and most of these problems can be avoided if you READ THE BOARD RULES!
Thanks, guys and gals!
