You have VERY well built legs for a female. My gf wants to compete soon and needs that. Mind if i ask how you train them and the frequency?

That is honestly mostly gentic typical I do not go super heavy I will pre exahust them first with a couple of sets of slow controlled extentions and lying leg curls before moving to squats 2 sets again reps range from 12-20, leg press sets of 8-20 again 2 work sets, depending on when I did regular deadlifts last I will do stiff legged deads sometimes to. For calves I will kill them pretty fast wth super sets as well only 2-3 work sets the 2 exercises at most.

Your legs and upper body look like 2 different people. Focus on upper body, bringing up your back, shoulders, arms, chest.........you need to rethink your training if you want to win a show. For the average person you look awesome, but we are not talking about average here, we are speaking of being in a competition.

BBing is not alwajys about how heavy a movement is... U need to create more balance upper and lower, something I have been doing 4 the last 3 yrs to create more balance. U do need more back width. Ur legs r a strength, now bring up the weak spots. Dont just move the weight, use the weight and direct the tension where u want it to go.

Thanks everyone I have been working on my upper body have put on some size there but it is a slow progression. My legs are no where as lean at they need to be IMO so I am hoping that as I continue cutting the legs appear more balanced to my upper body. I have never been this lean in my life so I have to say I am pretty happy and love seeing the changes.
 
Gooey and Phil gave you great advice, but damn, QT... what an already AWESOME change from the first pics I saw of you "some" time ago!!!

And u know what? I perfectly remember that pm you told me "I want abs"... hey if this isn't a flat stomach I see in the last pic, what is it then? :p ;)

SQ, big changes from the last pics. Good work. You are lucky with genetics in the leg dept. I'm going to have to agree with Phil and GOO. Start hitting the chinups and rows heavy. You really need to widen that back. Don't know your training split but hit back twice a week! Prioritize your training now. Really big changes from your last set of pics. Very nice!
 
DO NOT BE AFRAID TO LOSE WEIGHT. HONESTLY I SEE 20-30 LBS LEFT TO GO FOR A SHOW.

I agree I was 153 in those pics and I am just shy of 5'6. I want to compete as middle weight so I want to get down to 124 and see how things look and then from there do a lean bulk aiming to add quality muscle with minimal fat.
