Time for Pro Muscle to see what all that heavy lifting is doing to me.
You have VERY well built legs for a female. My gf wants to compete soon and needs that. Mind if i ask how you train them and the frequency?
Your legs and upper body look like 2 different people. Focus on upper body, bringing up your back, shoulders, arms, chest.........you need to rethink your training if you want to win a show. For the average person you look awesome, but we are not talking about average here, we are speaking of being in a competition.
DO NOT BE AFRAID TO LOSE WEIGHT. HONESTLY I SEE 20-30 LBS LEFT TO GO FOR A SHOW.
