Looking good there mr. b. Just one word of advice for next show, try using almond oil for your oil on stage, not quite as shiny and will allow all your detial to be shown. Too much oil results in light bouncing back off of you. can hide things like striations and other important aspects of top class conditioning. Very nice physique BTW.

Thanks Chris, I placed 1st and FINALLY won the overall. MS BB CHAMPIONSHIPS.

It was a trophy but the cool part was having Phil Heath present my overall trophy to me.

Congrats Boom. I had a figure girl down in Jackson competing. I heard that it was an awesome show. Have you ever competed in the Southern Classic down there as well ?
