Here are some pics of a SHW client of mine, at 10 weeks out (he’s doing the same show that I am).

We’ve been working together for about 6 weeks now, and when he came to me he was a pretty pudgy 330. Right now he’s just under 300 and shaping up to be the biggest and best he’s ever competed at (he’s done very well at this show before, and also on the national level).

I’ll try to post updates as we get closer to the show.
If all goes well, we’ll both end up in the overall posedown, at which point I will pick him up and set him to the side of the stage :)

That's one big guy! How tall is he Shelby?

I could tell that you're excited, it seems as if you have a badass muscle car and your getting all of the parts together prepping it for show! Can't wait to see what you do with this one!

He's about 6', maybe 6'1.

He'll be ready :)
 
Damn thats a big fucker!! Keep him hard on it man, 10 wks out? He looks about 2-3 wks behind schedule, just my opinion.

Like I said he came to me very pudgy... yes he's a bit behind now, but he'll be ready.

Shelby, good job thus far!

Tell him he looks great...with lots of muscle to work with.

You know what you are doing, so I believe he can be ready. I think he's going to hurt to do it though! KICK ASS! :D :D

That is a big dude lot's of mass and muscle to pop out all ripped up when he steps on stage. Exciting things to come. If you say he will make up the lost time and be ready, I'm very confident the next pics we see people will be dropping their jaws due to the conditioning differences. BEst of luck to both of you! You always do great work!

Shelby, that is one big guy, really thick, impressive Quads. Get that man lean and show us some updated pictures.
 
big boy! but he is going to have to suffer a lot to get really ready for this show! IF he was a wise man he would have came to you in the offseason. I will say that when the guy is peeled he is going to look jacked as all hell.
