Heres a pic of me at the 2004 North American's!!

First thanks Rea for putting up this pic! I want to say thanks to Wyldeone who guided me to my all time best this year. I have been working with Wyldeone for just over a year now. His guidance has helped me in alot of ways....11lb muscle gain in 1 year!! I have alot to work on but I know I have the heart and discipline. It is just a matter of time before I can create the look that I am achieving for. This time next year it will be a better package and I hope to compete as a competitive middleweight. Did the USA's last year as a lightweight and placed 6th. Any feedback or opinions are welcome Thanks again Wylde and everyone else who has been by my side. Once I get some professional pics back I will try to post them...they will be much better quality.....Mental1

Nice conditioning and balance. Also congratulations on the improvements from last year. When it comes down to it, coming back better each year is what really counts and feeds the drive to succeed.

The more and more I look around it seems like Wylde is quite the man. I may have to aquire his services when I hit the stage.

Damn buddy it has been ALONG TIME! I have been so busy but i would love to hear from you buddy. I talked to Chem. about a month ago(same old crazy country boy!LOL) anyways e-mail is still the same and the number is still the same as well buddy. feel free to give me a hollar or I'll shoot you a call this weekend.
