I know that your trial is getting near and I just wanted to wish you luck. From the PMs that we have exchanged I can tell that you are truely a wonderful human being. I am sure that you are very stressed right now and I wanted you to know that I was thinking of you. Hang in there bro, I really think that things will end up going your way. You really seem to have lead a charmed life and seem to be a person that deserves such a life. I see no reason why things would change for you now. I think things will work out for you . In fact, I am quite confident that they will. This situation is almost over and the stress will be gone. What ever happens, I hope you realize that you have made a friend in me and I would like to keep in touch reguardless. I think you are a special person . Good luck, but you'll be fine. The stress before it though is the problem, no matter how well you may have it sewn up.

I just had incredible luck with my case ---- so I will rub off on you biggie!

Well, my lawyers got a call yesterday. The trial is adjourned for one week. So now it begins on Feb 16th. Something to do with the judge - sick or something, noone available to replace him, etc.
I guess having to wait 5 years for this wasn't long enough - they had to adjourn it for one more week.

And what pissed me off, witnesses that I was supposed to fly from the other side of the ocuntry, had to change them all around and buy them new plane tickets, etc

I tell you what, mentally it really plays with you. I pretty much dealt with the fact it was going to begin Mon. Now I have to wait another week.

The whole thing goes on for 3 weeks. Over 70 witnesses - 54 from their side, 17 from mine. Happy joy joy...
