if the training is really heavy you should wait up to 2 weeks to allow the body to get rid of all the toxins related to the training and therefore be certain that the enzyme values in the blood are only those relating to the internal organs and not to the "waste" of muscles broken with training.
I never take time off besides maybe 24 hours before blood tests and my ast and alt always come back high even cruising and no orals. My recent ggt came back fine and I’ve been doing lots of 2x/days.
