So my daughter decided she wants to powerlift. We have a trainer at our local gym helping out a little bit the more advice I can get her the better. Her first meet is April 4th. She weighs 130-135 and will turn 15 the week after the meet. Does anyone have any advice for food on meet day or where to get a good singlet and belt. There are a ton of options on the net but I'd prefer suggestions from people here as opposed to online biased reviews. Also will just any high socks work or does she need deadlift socks? We already have some Adidas powerlift 4s she likes. I'll get some better ones if she sticks with it. Thanks in advance.
