IMO one of the best turn arounds/transformations regarding distension, and relatively quick, was Roelly Winklaar. He had the preggo look going on for awhile. This happened to also be during the times when Arnold was addressing distended guts, and how many of the guys nowadays (at the time - believe it was around 2017-2019ish period) have a physique resembling a bottle. When asked how he made the dramatic change, Roelly said he took Arnolds advice of practicing holding a vacuum several times a day. He also said he wore a waist belt daily, and while training, to help keep his gut in. Didn't hear him mention anything regarding his dietary modifications, and of course, no mention of changes in drug protocols. Whatever the case, it worked bigtime. I remember him coming in at his next show and WOW, he was actually hitting a damn good vacuum in the FDB, FLS and abs n thigh. He also controlled it well when relaxed. It goes to show that for some, it's not permanent if the correct adjustments are made.
