SHOULDERS
DB Military- 8/8/12/20, trying to get strong at these again! Last cycle I peaked at 100 lb DBs for 12 reps; that was the limit of what I could rack to my shoulders by myself.

DB Side Laterals- 10/10+10/15/15, Drop set after top set
Machine Military- 8/8/8/8, 4 sec negative
Upright Row- 15/15/15/15, 30 sec rest
BB Curl- 20/20/20

I went in the afternoon today, and that was a horrible idea. So many kids, crowding everything. Almost left, but knew I wouldn't come back later. I used the crowd to fuel my rage and ran through this session pretty quick, and managed to not murder anyone (lol). Def going back to 7am sessions to avoid the crowd!
