Mid 40’s Veteran that has spent the last 3 years in and out of the hospital. I’ve had two lumbar fusion and a cervical fusion and most recently had to have a rod with 28 screws put in the ole clavicle. Looking forward to getting back into shape and seeing how far I can come back. Got a long road ahead and would love to hear from others that have come back from the same or similar situation. Glad to be here.

Two weeks in.. 188 to 190lbs. Still high BF. I will post a pic of legs soon, it’s just tough right now after those damn surgeries to neck and back…. Could some of you give me some advice on leg workouts that would protect my back?? I appreciate your advice. And thanks for taking the time.
