Hello, I’ve been body building about a year and a half, powerlifting for 6 months before doing my first competition in 100kg weight class and taking second in class, then deciding to stick to body building.
This will be my log for my first off season.
Just finished a cut that I did for 20 weeks, after a short maintenance phase. Latter part of the cut has been coached.
I had just finished bulking without a coach for several months in which I ended up at a fat 107.8kg. Dieted down to 87.9kg on 300 test, 250EQ for 17 weeks then slightly higher test and EQ for the last 3. This was the first time I started to practice posing as well.
I am starting my first proper rebound and off season for body building after building a foundation. I am clearly underdeveloped and lack body parts which I hope to address with my new coach on this next phase of development.
I plan to compete when I’m big enough, and can be competitive as an amateur. I will do classic but I am hoping to do open some day eventually, in the presumably very distant future. Competition will be left up to the discretion of the coach.
Right now on moderate test, EQ, gh, and insulin (only on training days) , phasing out fat burners and reducing cardio.
Diet is High day (training), low day (rest)
Training 5x a week (high vol)
Chest 1x
Shoulders 1x
Arms 2x
Legs 2x
Back 1x
Cardio 6x a week 40 min
Updates will be based upon protocol changes.
Hoping to get more involved as a member of this forum.
