2 weeks in. In Body had me at 212lbs and 9% this morning. Been slowly lowering calories and upping cardio. Current gear protocol is 700mgs Test, 275mgs Tren, 275mgs Mast a week along with 8iu GH and 60mgs Winny a day. I’m an idiot and ordered the wrong Tren and Mast so waiting on a shipment to up the dose closer to 500mgs a week for each. Plan to rotate Winny and Var every 4-6 weeks. I would say my summer goal is to stay around 210lbs and hit 5% on the In Body.

Nothing crazy. 4 day rotation - Legs/Chest and Tri’s/Back and Bi’s/Shoulders (60-75min sessions). Most days assuming I can wake up in the morning I’ll do 20-30 min cardio fasted on my bike at home and then another 20-30 min on the eliptical after I lift.

Appreciate it…about 3 weeks back into a “blast” (375 test, 225 primo, 100 deca) after only going over TRT (150mg) like 4-5 times the past 7 years, already up 6 pounds and enjoying it.

Spending time back on PM clearly has motivated me to get back after it a some!
