Curious question how to increase sperm load I read zinc and Coq10 helps also and caber helped me as well if anyone has more information I’d appreciate it thank you In advance.

Yes, I do find THIS specific question immature, now if you asked, sperm for fertility like @control asked you, then ya, I get it, ask for help with bros who have been in this type of situation and look for guidance to try to have an extended family.

Perhaps that your new here and asking a basic question on this type of calibre forum is my bigger issue with a mere 35 posts.

The fact that your so quick to get frustrated and defensive, is my paramount issue.

I would do the following the day of...but it would work better if it was done for several days prior as well:

50mg Zinc
200mcg x2 Selenium
1200mg x 2 Sunflower Lecithin
100mg x 2 Pygeum
1000mg x 2 Maca

I'd also take 12g Citrulline with 1 or 2 baby aspirin(a few hours before).... and 25-30mg Cialis(8hrs or so prior) to the events.
Appropriate trt or supra-physiological T levels and perhaps some Boron would be of good measure as well.


P.S. Cabaser does do wonders for urges, refractory period, and load size..but it's been almost a decade since I toyed with it. It was never easy to find. You can also look into Dapoxitene if you are trying to make a point/teach her a lesson.

Using clomid as far as i can remember is also helping with load size, wich mostly is made up of fluid from the prostate.
