Nothing special. Honestly any injectable compound has ever given me any significant strength gains until I added some orals - for me orals are a game changer when it comes to strength
Yes, orals like d-bol and anadrol always gave me more strength than injectables. But the side effects are not fun. Orals make my muscles pop!
 
I think strength gains from orals comes from all 3: neurological pathways, glycogen and water.
just speaking out of my ass here but if someone were crazy and reckless enough to run an oral for longer than the usual recommended 4-6 wks, could they gain lean mass the same level they would on injects??
 
Well, I thought I was taking a decent amount until reading this thread lol. I did 75mgs EOD, which may be on the short end for bb purposes.
The guys you’re referencing are advanced and carrying some serious size.

Take as much as you need for you and your stats. Rule goes for any compound.

Same here. Hypothetical question: what oral or combo of orals do you think is best for peaking strength? Like if you were willing to even take some risks. I remember you said a combo of Anadrol and Dianabol was great.

For me Anadrol was always #1. A steady dose of say 75mg a day for an extended period of time and then a megadose closer to peak, meet or gym PR or whatever. As much as you dare to take. I remember the Pudzianowski dose you talked about. I was at my strongest when I took Anadrol AND Superdrol and something else I might have had left over from previously, for a short time. Yes again I know it's dangerous, this is mostly hypothetical. I'm thinking maybe some Halo might even give a tiny bit more strength when added to say Anadrol/Superdrol for a few days only. It might not be much different from peaking for a bb show where some do multiple orals in suicide doses lol.

I think that there is no perfect and best combination - it depends on what strength you care about, because if you are doing powerlifting, for example, anadrol and d-bol will work perfectly, but if, for example, you need strength for strongman, I would not use them because they will completely deprive you of the strength and condition that you need in this discipline

Nah it's definitely a very effective dose. You've seen higher than this mentioned by 260-290 guys with decades of AAS use under their belt.
 
I've probably taken more trenbolone than all the people writing on this topic combined lol - it's not that I'm bragging about it but I can say that I have experience with tren because I've used it every year for the last 15 years and the things you write here show that you have very little experience with trenbolone

What do you think about the idea that I’m hearing more frequently that Tren is bad for mass phases because it requires you to increase calories beyond what is required to grow weight on the scale steadily compared to a staxk without tren?

I’m can’t say for sure, but this mass phase was my third, I with EQ/Primo January-April then added 500 Tren E, and I did find that my scale weight gain rate stalled despite the same diet. I was able to overcome by increasing calories more and more. But eventually reached 7400 calories 5 days per week/ 6300 the other 2 days per week and it was getting a little bit ridiculous how much food I needed to keep gaining weight. When I started off in January, through February and even into march I was gaining 3.5lb per week on only 5100 calories. Basically at the end things got crazy getting to 7400 calories.

This may not only be due to the Tren, because I’ve experienced this phenomenon before without Tren. The phenomenon we’re calories have to keep increasing every 2-3 weeks or so to Keep the scale moving and reach absurd levels.

Bottom line:
I’m curious of your opinion on tren for mass phases, and if there is any caloric adjustment you need to make.

I gained a 34lb “new” added weight over my all time previous max weight in these last 5 months. 45lb total weight gain. So I don’t think it really matters. If tren increases maintence calories somehow, it’s something I was able to overcome by just eating more and paying attention to the scale.
 
Tren is without a doubt, in the top three most overrated steroids of all time.

Test crushes Tren like a ladyboy snuff film.

Lets take a pair of Twins, we will give one of them 500MG Tren for 5 months and one other Twin we will give 600MG Test 5 months. I will even spot you a TRT dose of 150MG for the Tren Twin.

The Test user is going to crush the Tren twin in strength and gains.
