First cycle test only?

Wanting to run my first cycle. Thinking Test cyp 250mg x2 a week for 12 weeks then Nolvadex starting week 15 at 40,40,20,20. Does this sound okay for a first cycle? Any reccomendations for a second cycle? Thanks Height 5' 9" Weight 170 lbs BF about 18%

What are the Pro's/Con's of Anti-E to raise natural test?

Could you raise your natural test levels by only cycling anti-e's (SERM) like Nolvadex, Clomid or Arimidex? My thought would be to use it in a short burst(1-2 weeks) to jump start the body's production of free T. I have read it can increase you LH and T up to 150%. I would think that long term...

well i have done 150mg eod of prop for 1.5 weeks and a few days ago i noticed somwetimes my testes will have a ache to them is that them shutting down from the test? never used short ester before. thanks in advance
