Macros: 40/35/25 (Carbs/Protein/Fat) will up carbs on leg days, because I need it for sure on those days.
FYI…I workout at two different gyms and it varies, so machines will be different and I can omit brand of machines, if folks don’t care to see that kind of fluff shit in typing this out!

(I only count one side of the rack for tracking via my Strong App & can add per set if all would like to track my weight, but I’m not a heavy power lifter)
Hammer Strength Linear Hack Squat
-3 warm up sets (Gets my Knees and Legs flowing).
-4 sets progressive weight increase each set.
Smith Machine RDL’s

Seated Single Leg Curls (Techno Gym Machine)

I do calves sometimes on leg day and sometimes just in between other shit, but I don’t track it much.
