To let yall understand my activity level I will give idea.
I own my own small business I work with a partner but we both self contractors. I am also a diesel Mechanic but right now we doing Electrical that is added or to edition, bomb shelter etc.... we run water, gas, sewer, septic systems. We have tools, service trucks, each a couple of work and storage shops.
WE DO ALL WORK OURSELVES UNDER HOUSE'S, ATTICS, DIG TRENCHES, BACK FILL, TRENCH, RENT MINI EXCAVATOR AS NEEDED UNTIL WE CAN BUY ONE.
SO I BUST MY ASS!!!! WE PAID BY JOB!!!
WORKOUTS I WILL USE AND ADJUST AS I SEE BODY FAT CHANGE. I GO HIGHER INTENSITY TO LOWER.

-BENCH PRESS 5 REPS 5 SETS I CHOOSE A WEIGHT I CAN'T COMPLETE ALL 5 AFTER 3RD SET *IMMEDIATELY AFTER I DO A BICEPT MOVEMENT THEN AFTER A CALVE MOVEMENT THEN THAT IS A CIRCUIT
-BICEP STANDING CURL 5 REPS 5 SETS
*AS LISTED ABOVE
-CALVE RAISES STANDING 5 SETS 5 REPS
I ONLY BREATH UNTIL I AM READY AND I BLAST OTHER MUSCLE KEEPING HEART RATE UP AND ALLOWING A MUSCLE TO RECOVER WHILE PUMPING..... LOVE IT
