Always practice posing. Before, during, after your workout. Practice your quarter turns first. Pay attention to good posers and what they are doing. Look at the pelvis, spine and scapulas. Pelvis and spine in neutral and shoulders down and back typically with exception of lat spreading poses where you protract your scapula while still keeping them depressed.

Unless a gym worker tells me I must stop bc someone complained. Happened multiple times.

Even asked a guy in the same room ,with his girl if it was okay to pose, she said I'm okay with it but he's not....

Actually lost membership at Golds gym for posing...female coworker said I was too close to her, and manager was easily influenced by her and told me I had to leave. I tried contacting upper management above him, and no avail.

One manager named Danielle said that's ridiculous. I also called him a price of shit manager over the phone, which I was wrong for saying that, even if I think it, but have tried to talk face to face with him but he hasn't been available to.

Some people are envious, jealous, females that have dad bod hubby's get jealous and complain bc they're miserable. It is what it is. I'm still trying to resolve Golds gym situation...that said the one closest here has gone downhill. No one wants to work anymore, people hire what is available, and the staff has no clue about bodybuilding.

Will keep trying posing at gyms bc that's when looking the best, pumped
 
Not sure what's going on, I have posed in every gym I ever went to and never had anyone say anything. Make sure you aren't making people feel uncomfortable by doing so. Hit a couple poses here and there and continue your workout, go to a corner of secluded area or the locker room when there are minimal people. Also flex at home too dude.
 
Im not filming to impress or go at my heavy sets. Usually dont film heavy sets. Could care less. Its the exercise motion that counts. Plus you cant even see the weight in them, so who cares.....this isnt a weightlifting competition . If I could get away with lifting five lbs and grew, I would. That said, the stress relief of lifting is awesome.

For more information on the best physics of each exercise that Read the book "The physics of Resistance exercise by Doug Brignole. In addition he has lots of videos on youtube, interviews. I really dont care what you or anyone wants to see, in regards to how much can lift, or exercise. Im here to share the safest exercises that work while recruiting 90-100 % muscle activation. Example barbell bench hits 60-70 % chest with a high risk to the infraspinatus tendon. Just do decline movement that hits 95-100 % chest, with not much injury risk. Same with every single bodypart. I stuggled giving up deadlifts, inclines, for a while bc I was conditioned doing them fifteen plus years.

We as humans resent anything that challanges what we think is correct, esp when doing it as long as many of us here has. Simply put, learn physics and youll have way less injury risk, and recuit more muscle, or increased muscle mass.

Its not just hair, its prostate. I dont like to beat a dead horse but without going into too much detail, even if I use test, I have to use a dht blocker. I do plan on seeing how higher test does. I know youre quite ripped and stuff, and you know how to do that, so thanks for the advice. Try taking some of the exercises posted, and itll help your back and leg issues, and help you gain muscle, using less mgs, if thats what you want. I know youve recently said you cut down on mgs some, which is smart esp if you dont compete, which you dont do you?

Where do I even go with this reply. Might be best just not replying. I am trying to help you. If you came on here and said you do it for fun and you like to live a relaxed lifestyle I wouldn't have posted. The difference is you compete and you want to win and every time you have ever competed you are nowhere near lean enough. Many off season bodybuilders are leaner than you on stage so why is that. It's the reason people post in your log because we want you to change that.

Yes it's not a weightlifting competition and I couldn't care less how strong you are. Bench press 1pps or 6pps it's about effort. I was just posting on what I could see in all the videos you have posted. It looks like you are going through the motions without any real intent. That's the way your entire plan looks and it's the reason why you are not reaching your full potential. If everything you state is true about your training then why haven't you recruited much more muscle mass? Again I love all the movements you are doing (and yes I have done them all) but imo you should be really focusing on the big builders and training harder. Don't mistake that for me stating you should be chest pressing, deadlifting and squatting either. If movements don't suit you don't do them.

I don't mind the little digs at me I find them funny. I am nothing special and have no interest in ever competing (I would do shit anyway) but if you took some of my advice you could be sitting here in your "offseason" like I am now leaner than you on stage. Again if you just want to have some muscle and feel good then great keep doing what you are doing and I wish you all the best. However, nothing in this log makes me think this guy is going to look much better on stage than he did the last time he competed.
 
@Elvia1023 Thank you , will continue to do best with intensity techniques, esp when on cycle. About to down to 10 mgs masteron , 12.5 dhea for a short time, and will reduce volume, and maybe training days , during this time, intensity training will still be there. It'll be a short time until next cycle is started.

Not taking jabs at you brother, here to help. I just remember you had leg and or leg w back issues. Have you healed and remedied them?

Posting these videos of exercises that help. Since learned correct physics really haven't gotten injury like massively used to!!!! I know these videos can help. Check out tictok or insta, will post on both of them.. have most exercises on tictok.

nutrition did well so...5 meals so far 50 g protein per meal, intra wo did 10 gs glutamine, 10 gs luecine

Last shot of nandrolone has been over a week. Think will do 10 mgs masteron... and 10 mgs dbol , untill two weeks after nandrolone shot, so when starting finasteride, it wont interact with deca and cause increased androgenic effects. Trained hard today with less volume.

forearms. Regular and reverse wrist curls 3 sets

Used occlusion wraps for arms, first four sets ,or so. Did an intensity technique in biceps.

calves leg press on inside ball of foot raises 4 sets

supersetted all four of these, sometimes, switching them up...out of breath fast. hr up to 150 bpm, had to stop at times and let go down to 100 and catch breath, insane cardio benefits

Have not felt this agressive in months since was on test and eq. Stressed, yes. Aggressive, no. Deca does something mellow to me I like. That said, if taken too high doses (did 3 300 mgs shots last three days) seemed to get apthetic. Definately had to take four cialis, over two days, to keep erection quality up bc without it nada. Dbol doesnt seem to cause aggression. First time in months, feeling aggressive toward people had issues with. Dont like it, bc I would never do it but have fantasized about beating the people up, had issues with, been mean, rude and short man complxes to me. Its usually the physically ugly people, in this case it was. Its been a minute since felt his, but have to control thoughts and not let than stress me too much. Its the masteron, may go down to 5-7 mg. Had to hit the boxing bag after work bc already worked out and needed to release some aggression. Any cardio would have been a good option as well.
 
L2BB, what makes you decide your dosage and drugs to take for the day? It almost seems you take a little more on days you train harder and do lesser doses the days you take it easier. Does your masteron have an ester? Also you put in quotations above that you took deca at 300mg three days in a row but you didn't mention it in the past several days worth of posts.

Dosing is usually the same but yes if it's an off day , lowered. Too high masteron, which is individual for everyone, and can take time for body get used to esp when starting. Masteron enth. If aggression and sex drive is too much, esp when she's not there, best to lower. I was surprised how much lowering masteron ,the difference it made in aggression and sex drive!!

Yes , for deca, wanted get a lot in system and train real intense, leading into three days off, which was the next Fri, after last Fri of last shot.

Imed 300 mgs deca was Wednesday, Thurs and Friday. Two Fridays ago. Sorry for confusion...May be close to out of system so may start test and finasteride soon. Can't use masteron too high or long bc prostate.

Sleep was good slept eight hours, definitely got enough rem sleep , although all sleep cycles are important,rem is most important

Dont think will lose muscle bc from many cycles seem to start losing after 6-8 weeks on trt, 70-140 mgs test weekly . If I do so what, I'm so big, with height it'll humble me some, plus I think may start cutting contest prep in a couple or few days, while doses are lower....more cardio regimen, cronometer, logging...

10 mgs masteron and 10 dbol is definitely stronger than 20 mgs testosterone. Dbols helping keep size and fullness, a lot it seems..

Think will take another two weeks , before Starting upping the dose to 500 mgs plus. I don't advise this, and would always take more time off when competed in classic, but I know time is ticking for building muscle.Time between high cycles are shorter, than years past.

Feet low and closer on hack squats on toes, Platz ish way...3 sets

adductor machine 5-6 sets

Tweaked lower back from hack squats. Will have to put back more straight and do more traditional hack squats than Feet low,up on toes bc after 2 plates per side low back tweak....

3600 calories

Masteron 10 mgs last day oil seemed to leak out sub q and did a few times. Had trouble with this quite a few days,here and there, for years sub .

Nutrition. Okay could use improvement. Today was higher day. Couldn't sleep got up and ate more after perfect nutrition. Yesterday was lower, today is lower.

See stomach go up on higher days. Then, lower days down esp next day . The trend is down so I'm happy. Doing this next couple weeks.
 
Something I used to do to prevent oil seeping out was to press on the skin and kind of pull it a little then inject into the taught skin. When you pull the needle out let the skin go and the elasticity of the skin has it snap back in place. The needle tract is now zig-zagged. It seemed to help at least.

Aftering pressing in, inject into skin when slightly pulling out?

Even had GH leak out this way sub q.

Had oil leak out imed as well.
