So. I’m 47. Ive had a nagging problem for years with my SI joint that causes excruciating pain. It pops out maybe once a year. Dont want to continue to take all the anti inflammatory pills the dr gives so I started to look into peptides as a possible solution Will the bpc and tb help? What is a good dose to start at or maintain? I weigh 225 currently and workout at least 5 days a week Or can the forum suggest something else?
