Has anyone noticed after stopping DNP that you still feel warm at different times . I’ve been off about a month and at random times I feel hot and start sweating .
Let me start off by saying that I have no personal experience trying to cap my own DNP. I'm glad that there appears to be a good number of quality sources who are providing it. But I've heard the exact opposite of what you say. I've heard that it's very messy, everything gets stained yellow, and you have to have effective venting, as handling the power results in very small particles floating around that may seem pretty insignificant, but in total can be meaningful and hazardous to the person doing the capping.It is actually very easy to make at home. Refluxing nitric acid and sulfiric acid solution with phenol for an hour and washing with sodium hydroxide and letting it crystallise

The few times I capped my own var, I compounded it with something else, such as powdered BCAAs in order to completely fill each cap, with each cap dosed at Xmg Var and the remaining volume the BCAA powder. The thorough mixing of the var and BCAA prior to capping was not messy, but neither compound would stain, nor was either compound "sticky". Did you use a V-mixer, or a zip-lock bag to do your mixing with DNP? If you did it nice and clean, more power to you! I would have made a mess, most likely. LOLJust take 100 grams at a time, put on a mask, latex gloves and old clothes that you don't mind staining. You shouldn't make a big mess without needing to be skilled.

I work a pretty physical job and can't afford to be lethargic/fatigue. Was thinking about starting with 200mg EOD to see how I do, then bump it up to daily if I tolerate it well.
