DNP experience

True, but the thing with SA is we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if they say it's 98% it sure AF is actually 98%..

Also, substantially cheaper.
 
We pay ALOT more than that so that link is extremely interesting. Although it's not even the price of the powder that is an issue it's what we pay for shipping it... ridiculous.

I bought 2 kilos a few years ago, for 150 euros. Shipping was most of the cost, that is, you can buy one kilo or 10 kilos, and it is practically the same price.
 
It is actually very easy to make at home. Refluxing nitric acid and sulfiric acid solution with phenol for an hour and washing with sodium hydroxide and letting it crystallise
 
Has anyone noticed after stopping DNP that you still feel warm at different times . I’ve been off about a month and at random times I feel hot and start sweating .

Never happened to me and haven't heard of it (read a ton, all major big threads in net, etc so figured I'd mention).
 
@Elvia1023 is the guy I contact when I need DNP and DNP advice. He has a lot of experience with it. I’ve run it a few times. Low doses are the way to go. It’s not worth the risk of a moderately high dose in my opinion. The results will still come. Don’t use it if you’re in a work situation where your patience is often tested by dealing with a bunch of A-holes. I had a very hard time being patient with people while on it. And working directly with others is difficult because your average fat coworker has a slow metabolism and is always cold. You will want the A/C cranked plus a high powered fan directly on you. And forget about wearing a dress shirt, slacks, and a tie. You’ll drench it in sweat. One very cool thing about DNP is when you stop using it your body will Jam Pack all the carbs and nitrogen and glucose into your muscles. I was told by an IFBB PRO female that I looked gynormous 3 days after stopping DNP.

Let me start off by saying that I have no personal experience trying to cap my own DNP. I'm glad that there appears to be a good number of quality sources who are providing it. But I've heard the exact opposite of what you say. I've heard that it's very messy, everything gets stained yellow, and you have to have effective venting, as handling the power results in very small particles floating around that may seem pretty insignificant, but in total can be meaningful and hazardous to the person doing the capping.

Just take 100 grams at a time, put on a mask, latex gloves and old clothes that you don't mind staining. You shouldn't make a big mess without needing to be skilled.

The few times I capped my own var, I compounded it with something else, such as powdered BCAAs in order to completely fill each cap, with each cap dosed at Xmg Var and the remaining volume the BCAA powder. The thorough mixing of the var and BCAA prior to capping was not messy, but neither compound would stain, nor was either compound "sticky". Did you use a V-mixer, or a zip-lock bag to do your mixing with DNP? If you did it nice and clean, more power to you! I would have made a mess, most likely. LOL

The reality is that I don't use capsules or special devices, I just weigh the desired amount and wrap it in rolling paper. One at a time, lol.

It is quite a tedious task.
 
Thanks guys for your replies. I work a pretty physical job and can't afford to be lethargic/fatigue. Was thinking about starting with 200mg EOD to see how I do, then bump it up to daily if I tolerate it well.
200mg EOD is what I take when I use it. Has a long half life and is SUPER EFFECTIVE! so 200mg EOD works great and doesn't trash my training.

Hey @b-boy, how do you structure your diet to retain as much as possible with DNP? slight deficit or straight psmf? for a tidy up..

Usually a slight deficit. PSMF and DNP is pretty extreme and unless your a total fat ass I don't see the need in going that extreme unless your in a crunch with time.

What’s the effect on your sleep at that 100-200 dose range.
