Exhaustion on 1st prep

Yea man it make a huge difference.i remember doing cardio and some guys that were preping for the same show would be next to me and would always complain how tough the diet was and how there gf or wife would be bitching all the time saying why u doing this why u putting yourself through this crap u cant even go out to eat.and on top of that they get no pussy.

I'm blessed my wife supports me and my kids too.i have two boys 18 and 7 years old.they go back stage with me and help me with the tanning, oiling up and even when I'm getting a pump before hitting the stage.sometimes I feel I don't deserve it cuz I can be a cranky son of a gun when I'm dieting

Doing my first show too and I'm approaching my few final weeks of prep and it's not gonna get any easier. Gotta be mentally strong and focused.

For me it comes in phases the whole prep is a roller coaster, some days you feel great others you feel like death best advice I can give is just take it a day at time everyday is a battle it's your choice if you wanna win the war.

Honestly if u feel she wasn't right for u than good job on dumping her.at least it didn't take u many moons to realize it.it sickens me when I read a post about someone saying how bad his girls treats him and just dumped him and he cant get over her cuz they been together for X amounts of yearsreally after so many years of getting treated like crap the thought of her dumping u some day never crossed ur mind

A good couple will support each other threw good, bad and ugly no matter how thick or thin
