Hey man thank you for the compliment and i dont even pretend to be an expert when it comes to old injuries but i would go to an excellent massage therapist and see what they say before a doctor. Most doctors usually say surgery no matter what so i would just do that if you havent yet.

LOL! yeah the guy with the white beard is joe hes the one who has been training me since i was 14. Hes 62 still benches about 550.
