HGH without AAS/Steroids while cutting

I've been on a weight loss journey and I've lost over 100 pounds. I am not looking to take testosterone.

I have not been able to get clear answers on this. Will HGH help me on a cut if I am not on AAS? I've heard mixed opinions. My main goal is fat loss. I did lose 100 pounds before 10 years ago. I started taking HGH this time and I feel my body has more of a 3D look. Both of the my sources of advice are Doctors who are on gear but they have opposing opinions.

Am I wasting my money I've heard HGH without steroids will do absolutely nothing while cutting? Would you take it or not and what dosage?


I believe HGH is increasing my fat loss, maybe giving small amounts of muscle growth, or at least priming my muscles for if I do want to take AAS in the future.

FYI I am also on rotating the following other drugs: clen, t3, semaglutide, tirz

No but seriously, of course all these things you have listed will help.

I would just caution you with T3 to stick to replacement doses.
 
youre on all those other drugs, yet wont do testosterone with the gh, which anyone here will recommend, you will not get the advice you are seeking, and nobody is going to cosign your current protocol bro. you are trying to reinvent the wheel. t3 without test? you are bound to look like a sunken deflated parachute after losing 100lbs and continuing to take t3 without some anabolics and androgens lol. wrong board
 
Perhaps if you could explain why you are avoiding test, we could help more.
 
I have no idea how big or how old @BornFluent is but this is the necessary hazing & learning process. We all have to start somewhere.
 
Fat loss is easier with more muscle.

Will HGH do anything without Testosterone Injections? Sure.

Will taking Testosterone without any resistance training do anything? Sure.

But in either scenario you are leaving a lot on the table, spending money for very little results.
 
Hyperemia has the right answer. This is a board of serious lifters so when they say test is a smarter move they are talking about efficency. Generally you start with gear then add gh and then Insulin to maximize results. All three will still work and do what they do on their own. Also the muscle sparring effects become more important the lower the body fat. What a lot of guys on this board consider as fat is 15 to 12 percent body fat. Absolutely lean to general population. Muscle sparring becomes more important when you are trying to cut to single digits. Most peoples bodies don't like to do that. At a 100 lbs overweight fat loss should be extremely easy and you should be able to add muscle and lose fat at the same time with ease. Light lifting. Light cardio, and a mediocre diet will do lots. The effects of gh will be more easily seen the leaner and and the better shape you are in because even a few percent will be noticeable to those guys. Still gh will absolutely do something. Like you said your muscles look fuller. If you don't need test don't take it but realize serious lifters of coarse are going to recommend it.

Have you hit a sticking point or is the weight still coming off well?

Also ozonpric or whatever it's called is anew class of drug. It's pretty new so I would try to limit use until it's been around awhile to see what kind of sides show up when it's been out a few more years. You are going to have to find foods you like that are less calorie dense that you enjoy eating at some point. Good luck. I realize not everybody wants to be super jacked and Lean. But if you answer some questions about dosing, where you are trying to get to, etc people can help you better.
