How would you invest 10mil dollars ?

my grandfather has no one else other than me, and I'm taking good care of him. he has around 10mil dollars ( all lands ), he is 76. He told me himself he might die any of these days and then I can take care of that money. told me to help the poor a lot as well which I will

Im no financial advisor, so I would advise to hire one for consultation, but if you dont want to do that I would probably play it safe and either keep the money in the property or put it in a term deposit.
For the property it is a good constant source of income for you where you can use the money for living and or philanthropic purposes like you and you grandfather wish to do.
For the term deposit you just put the money in a bank and earn money off the interest. You can usually earn about 6% interest p/a. If you do the math, thats $600,000 interest per year on $10 Million. And with this you generally dont have any upkeep fees/bills like you have in property.
Like I said I am not a financial advisor though, just my thoughts

I agree. Live off the interest and don't touch the principle. The interest from that amount should be enough to live very comfortably.

Spot on. Porn companies make a shit load of money. I mean a serious shit load. But with 10mil you pretty much don't need to do jack.
