One of the downsides to working with him is that he is always on the go. He has more obsession and passion for this sport than anyone I have ever met.

He would go days without sleeping or eating around the Olympia. He doesn’t know how to turn it off or find balance like many of us in this sport.

us slavs are built different brother, very passionate people pazi sta radis Milos, take some chill time ( be careful in Serbian) enjoy some slivovitz and rakkya for me! hvala for your contributions to the sport but you deserve rest. serbs are beautiful people and very resolute in their beliefs. I grew up around some hardcore chetniks who fought in the 90s war, a few of us slavs grew up in hispanic neighborhood and acclimated well. I know I started Opti blacks because I heard from a mutual friend Stu was using Optis. I had good results but my last batch was from months ago. I just switched to TP blacks a few days ago.

From what I know the greys have always been fine. It's the blacks that had mixed reviews. I used them for a bit but the last batch came tinted yellow and I stopped using them after that which was a few months ago. In Canada we only get the blacks so I've never tried the greys.

drug wise, I think I'm pretty standard for someone my size. GH has basically been pegged at 10 IU for the last 2.5 years straight. Only ever used Optitropin Grey Tops in that time, shoutout to Opti to giving me acromegaly. Offseason drugs range from 1.8-2.2g total, about half of that is usually test and the rest is EQ and deca or tren. Rly love tren in the offseason, I hate to confess, I can eat on it great, I don't get mental sides from it for the mostpart. Just rough on bloodwork, so I usually keep runs to 10 weeks max, 3-400mg-ish. nothing fancy drug-wise honestly. I pulse anadrol through offseason as well, love that stuff.

I'm going to probably be a bit more moderate with gear this offseason. I don't need to pile on shitloads of tissue at this point like I did a few years ago. so I'd like to scale back total miligrams to about 1.6-2g. Downright healthy lol.

are you watching your fasted insulin and sensitivity with that much GH id be a wreck. I was on 4iu for about 2yrs fasted insulin was 16, not good.
