JUICEDDUNK 20 WEEK COMEBACK

took a day off yesterday to relax. After 18 years of training, I'm still learning my body believe it or not... and I do best on 2 days on 1 day off....

Trained back today, here was the workout. .

ok guys another update..

FOOD::
honestly it's hard to get down. I haven't been on a set meal plan in nearly 10 years. It will take my metabolism time to catch up.

CARDIO: been consistent with 30 minutes immediately postworkout.

TRAINING: No complaints here. I don't go balls to wall every workout...more like the John Meadows approach...75-80 percent of the time so I can recover properly and hit it the next day.

SLEEP: Honestly, been shitty. That's all I'm gonna say.

CYCLE: going according to plan so far. I did lower the EQ a bit because I have naturally high hemoglobic, hematocrit, rbc....test is fine, and running @KEFEI HGH ... may add fasted session of cardio soon just to get moving in the morning instead of going straight to my computer and working.

I'm sure those follow know but for those who don't, in 2015, I completely ruptured both quad tendons completely off the bone...ala Jeanne Pierre Fux style..so my main goal right is to bring the wheels back and be respectable. honestly, I am very happy with them so far but sooo much further to go..and I haven't even started pushing myself. Thanks for following guy, really appreciate it.
 
They'll never look like this again...because the insertions are messed up but if I can get them 75% of this, I would be ecstatic..


btw, that's Mitch Staats next to me..local show..won the overall. Dude is a complete freak. Amazing physique

hit a quick delt workout today. no pics. watched a client pose.. cardio still at 30 min post…

I rarely change anything for a while. There’s no reason to unless you’re lean which I have a longgggggg ways to go.

Here was the workout and supplementation….


🚀1 ARM CABLE LATERALS (warm up)

6 sets 20/20/15/15/15/15

🚀STANDING DB LATERAL RAISE SUPERSET FRONT RAISE W/ PRE LOADED BAR

*4 sets x 10-12 each

🚀BEHIND THE NECK PRESS ON SMITH

*3 sets x 10-12 (not super light, but deft not super heavy)

🚀1 ARM REAR CABLE FLYS

*3 sets x 15-20


That's it! My delts are a strong point so not really try to demolish them at this point.

Finished with cardio walking on treadmill, then 50 grams whey and 5 grams creatine

*4 sets x 12/12/12/12

oh and I am continuing to do bi lateral gh injections prior to the workout...and yes I bumped my dose of HGHPOWERS KEFEIS ... example..today I did 5iu left delt, 5iu right delt 60 minutes prior to training. Killer pump

5iu pre workout split up bi laterally 2.5 left 2.5 right.. staying with tried and true kefei from hgh power at the moment . haven’t done me wrong in 12 years..

CORRECT. keep in mind, I'm not a science guy...perhaps @luki7788 can chime in, but I think there's something to be said for pumping a little into each side and then go train that muscle. I have found that it makes it easier to engage that muscle and I feel RIDICULOUSLY FULL. That's just my experience brother.

I don't think that local administration of GH has any effect on local growth at least I haven't experienced it and I haven't seen anyone experience it - if it does, it's probably a placebo effect
 
bilateral maybe it would make sense if it was IGF1 but with GH I don't find sense

the body will absorb the dose, what small difference in times if you do IM or SUBQ, but these are ridiculous details

yes but increlex, the problem is finding a real pharmacy, assuming that it starts from 1000/1100 €$ 40mg if I'm not mistaken, Roman and many other bodybuilders have used it, at high levels but I think it is also used amateurly

IGF1 UGL in my opinion all fake or with other peptides inside
