Welcome to PM! You will get some GREAT info here. Some will agree to disagree, you will just have to take the advice that best suites you. However, I do agree with the VAR and the 2ius of GH plus cardio (of course). My gal is on 10mgs of VAR and soon she might try the GH route. That is my 2 cents for what its worth. Woah haven't checked this thing in a minute. Thanks for all the welcomes, also I figured out the it was indeed actual car I was running, I just didn't delete the post, my bad. And I ran the var for 8 weeks and now taking a break, I am proud to say I am down to 14% bf and feel great! It was a lot of hard work but I got there!!! Thanks for all the controversy lol I like reading everyone's opinion.

Sorry for my delayed welcome and congrats on having a baby! I'm glad you were able to achieve your goal during your last cycle. As many have already noted, there is plenty of great knowledge on the PM forum, but I also use https://www.steroid.com/steroid_profiles.php to research a compound's profile to help inform my decisions (for dosage, usage, duration, etc).

I always enjoy reading a woman's contribution to the board, IRT their personal cycle experience, as much of the online info and feedback tends to be male-centric. It helps me give sound/safe advice to my personal female friends when they have general questions related to the topic.
