I've read that the phytic acid in oatmeal causes tooth decay: https://www.davidwolfe.com/reverse-cavities-heal-tooth-decay-diet/ also I learned this because I loved my steel cut oats, as did my girl; but I noticed that the bottoms of my 2 front teeth were getting jagged, so I asked the dentist, he asked if I ate a lot of oatmeal... So I did some research... (I'm not trying to piss in your cereal, just more info never hurt anyone, just in case any of you notice tooth decay, you'll have an idea of what it might be contributing to it)
