I've been relatively strong my whole life.I’m almost 37. Was natty my whole life, until I started sarms around 30 then gear around 33. I’ve always been strong. But I feel now like I’ve unlocked the old man strength! Who can relate

I like repping volume, keeps me just as strong. My latest pr for reps was was 4 sets 25@225 flat bench, but I only got 24 on my last set,lol I need to volume rep dead liftsI’m about as strong as I’ve been right now (at 44). I do get limited by joint issues from time time and theme to work with higher rep ranges run I used to.
When i was 36-37 i could do the same reps but with 405! I was using too much tren though,I like repping volume, keeps me just as strong. My latest pr for reps was was 4 sets 25@225 flat bench, but I only got 24 on my last set,lol I need to volume rep dead lifts

I peaked at about that age and went off cold turkey at about 38 so I had a massive drop in strength but not so much in size. If you keep it up you can maintain or even increase up until your late 40 I'd say
That’s massive strength! Tren is gnarly! I’m staying away from that.
